I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Arby's. The manager, Wanda Morgan, was exceptionally rude. I'm not sure what qualifications Arby's looks for in their management, but it's evident that Wanda doesn't meet them. I ordered my usual French dip sandwich with extra meat, but this location clearly operates differently. When I requested to pay for the extra beef, I was put on hold and then simply told no. When I asked for an explanation, Wanda responded with sarcasm and disdain. I visited this restaurant once and here's a brief review. The dining area was very clean, and I had no trouble finding a seat. The person at the counter wasn't particularly friendly or customer-focused, but he wasn't rude either, so that was something. I just didn’t get the feeling that he enjoyed interacting with people. On a positive note, the food was excellent! We finished everything without any complaints—everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The speed of service at this location is quite disappointing; I usually have to wait 10 to 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Most of the food seems to be overly mixed together and drenched in sauce. I can't enjoy any of the Buffalo options without some of the chicken slipping out of the sandwich, making a mess, and the sauce tends to spill out as well. Be sure to request extra napkins or bring a towel. While the staff at the window are generally polite, the slow service and low quality of the food leave much to be desired.
This isn't your typical fast food restaurant. They offer a wide range of options, and I especially enjoy their fish sandwich and Reuben. The food is consistently delicious and plentiful. They currently have a new pecan chicken salad on the menu, which I tried and absolutely loved—it tasted just like my own homemade version. The best part? Nothing feels overly greasy. With fantastic food, a great variety, and reasonable prices, you really can't go wrong here!

A week ago and half a time I would have threatened this place 5 stars for so fast in the car ride to noon 12:00 I have a 30 minute break and it takes me three minutes to get there, I was usually threatened from the car ride within 3-5 minutes. Since last week, there was a heavy 10-15 minutes waiting with cars flying in the car. I don't see how the ordinary day crew is working in there... bringing them back, they were the best!
We tried all the meats, and they truly delivered! However, it seemed like they added a bit too much salt as well. My first visit was enjoyable, and it felt like a good fast food experience, but the fries were excessively salty. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic—extremely friendly, polite, and offered great recommendations on what to try.
I tried the country market turkey sandwich, but it felt more like a veggie sandwich. It came with three lettuce leaves and two slices of tomato, and I could only find a small piece of turkey. Thankfully, the veggies were quite tasty. My husband ordered a gyro, which is his favorite, and he enjoyed it just as much as ever.
We got (ALL) the meats! Indeed they do, and apparently all the salt too! First time visiting enjoyable fast food but way too heavy with the salt on the fries. Edit to add “: the staff were amazing, super friendly and polite with good recommendations on what to try.
