The food was horrible, the cookie was crumbhad to wait forever. They need to really close this business down. I don't see why it's still open to be quite honest. A total waste of my money coming through that drive through. I should have won a couple of feet down and want to Burger King. Then again I was an out of town or visiting family so I don't know if there any good either. Anything would have been better than a service that I received at this location. The general manager is horrible and she has hair all over her jacket and she talks about her own crew like a dog behind there backs and she said the area manager and the GM for pburg if u put them together they still don't make whole person. What can I say I love Arby's I drove through, but they get the orders right and the customer service is good the one I would choose is how the food placed in the bag because it is hot. My suggestion is to do it like white castle so that the food stays hot and your food is not hanging on the bottom of the cartons.
Usually a nice and friendly experience, although there is a little bit of an outdated feel inside. Food is prepared well. Also, sometimes your orders can take longer compared to other fast food locations. Otherwise, it's located along the main road and has decent parking, as well as a nice drive thru area.
