as with any almost food restaurant, eating from one load to the next will be the same. which is not always the case is the experience. I used the drivethru and got it out as soon as possible. this is the normal for any fast food chain. they took my credit card, gave me our food and I and the cashier remembered to get the card back. a day later I realized that I had left my card. they wanted to see if my card was actually there. it was, but it is a 60 miles trip to get back to their restaurant. I asked if they could send it to me by post, and if necessary I would cover the porto. the manager said it was a policy that they would only release one card personally. I explained it was a 120 miles long trip for us. these are 10 gallons diesel fuel and 3 hours for me. again she said it was a corporate policy so people can't steal cards. I asked her if she believed in healthy sense. However, if I call a restaurant from the blue, tell them my name, the card, the number and which color it is the chance of another jeffrey heitzenrater who is stopped in their restaurant with the same card etc., astronomical! why they did not pump it into the post is beyond me because I have called corporate and there is no such policy. that was just someone in a position that would have made a bad experience in a good one. Instead, she left me unwilling and left me with a terrible personal experience. the teaching has learned that I hope for the leadership team. they should really think more healthy senses and help vs do the least amount of work possible!
