The girl running the drive-thru sucks. She has a VERY bad attitude with customers. All I asked for was a receipt and she was hollering at me from the window trying to shut me up. The manager had to jump in to ease the situation because it wasn't all that serious.The people there don't want to be there, especially the drive-thru girl. She's over her job and it shows just like her disrespect and her bad attitude.Go anywhere else but this ghetto place with these nasty ghetto people.
I arrived at the Arby’s drive-thru at 9:55 PM and was informed by the person at the window that they were closed. I pointed out that they advertise a closing time of 10 PM, but no one responded to my comment. I tried saying "hello" multiple times, but received no reply. I'm very disappointed; if they close at 9:55 PM, that should be clearly stated online instead of listing 10 PM as their closing time.
I just ordered fries and they arrived covered in black residue. It's clear that the fryers haven't been cleaned in a long time. I could smell the uncleanliness as soon as they opened the window. I would strongly advise against eating here! And to the owner reading this: consider doubling the pay for your employees and properly staffing your shifts; it's essential for a better experience.

How is it that a roast beef restaurant can be out of roast beef. Who ever does the ordering should be fired. This location also has a broken ordering board which has not worked for months and they do not turn the lights on for the drive thru menu board. This location needs to have a thorough review of their operating procedures.
How is it that this Arby’s location in Gahanna, Ohio can be out of roast beef? That is absolutely ridiculous. Their order board has not worked for months and they never turn their menu light on. The manager of this location should be talked to about running a restaurant.
I ordered a milkshake, but it had a sour milk taste. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter, he just shrugged and walked away.
Just went thru drive thru. Why are the fast food places having trouble with their milkshake machines?? Besides that, it was decent.
