Arby's - Réserver une table

I stopped for her lent day off fish sandwich deal. the fishpatties are shrunk fish and not filets, so it is hard to know what really is in them. I tried both the regular and the spicy versions. the regular sandwich was ok, and nothing special. the spicy version was the exact same sandwich with a few shakes of some spicy seasonings (dinking some cajun mix.) both had added a huge blob wetar sauce that drowned the whole sandwich quite and just made for a slutty chaos. the sandwich were 2 for $6, which was about right in view of their quality (not impressive), but the kicker was the medium softdrink for $2.29 they obviously hit the drinks prices extremely strongly on the sandwich prices. it is e...

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. We placed an order online, but when we arrived they claimed they didn't have record of it. After providing the reception and confirmation numbers, verifying the location, and showing proof of payment, the manager still insisted we would have to pay for the order again in cash and wait 4 to 5 days for a refund from the company. This seemed suspicious to us, and now we are out $20 and have no lunch. Save yourself the time and money and eat somewhere else!

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. They claimed they never received the order without checking. I showed them my confirmation number and the fee from my bank email. I was informed that I needed to pay again and request a refund from customer service. Disappointed with their lack of training, I left without picking up my order. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to the drive thru. Had two orders ordered 5 fish and a beef and cheddar. We only got 3 fish and 3 roast beef not beef and cheddar. And the fries were overcooked. Probably won't be back

The service was fast and welcoming, and the spicy fish sandwich was delicious. It had just the right amount of spice and was not bland at all.
