I gave five stars before, I came back to three after my experience yesterday. I love going here, especially for the turkey gyros, they are delicious. my friend and I ordered the app and he went in to get our food for us. he came into the car and said he forgot to ask for horsey sauce. I said I'd run in and get it. He told me that the guy inside was unhappy, so I didn't have to if I didn't want it. I don't care, it's just asking for sauce. Anyway, I came in there, and there was a girl, I think her name was amy, I told her we had an expulsion and forgot sauce, she went to get a few for me, and the shift manager crawled over her and left two packages in my hand. A mistake was made with our order by a worker in the kitchen who then began swearing and yelling loudly in the restaurant when informed. There was no ice available for our drinks, and even after a long wait for them to correct the order, it still came out wrong. We didn't realize the mistake until we got home as no receipt was provided for us to fill out a survey. The manager knew about the employee losing control but did nothing to address it, allowing the behavior to continue, even though there were children present who could hear everything.

I had a terrible experience with the app at this restaurant. I couldn't locate my order at first, and then they told me they only received the order 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes past the scheduled time and still didn't receive my order. My coworkers were able to order at the drive-thru and cancel their app orders, but I wasn't given that option. The service was much faster for them. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. The curly fries and sliders were the only highlights.

I recently ordered nuggets and curly fries at this restaurant, and they got my order wrong. It took 20 minutes for my food to be ready, and when I asked for a refund, they ignored me until after another 20 minutes had passed. The cashier rudely grabbed the receipt out of my hands and started crying when I tried to speak with the manager. I will be returning to get a refund because I specifically ordered curly fries, not regular fries.
