The customer service at the drive-thru window was absolutely terrible. I have been there twice this month, and the first time my mozzarella sticks had no cheese at all. I only realized this when I got home. When I called the fast food restaurant, the person who answered said they could replace the order, but I was already home after a long day at work. The young employee always kept his head down, but the store manager, a woman in her 50s with white hair, was no better. When I complained, she asked me if I was just trying to get something for free and came with a group of people to tell me there was no way they would replace my order. The customer service at the drive-thru window was absolutely terrible. The woman working there clearly had no interest in being there. When I informed her that she had given us incorrect change, she responded rudely and defensively. After we showed her the mistake, she had to call the store manager to issue the correct change. Unfortunately, the store manager's behavior was no better. It was unbelievable how poorly we were treated by two grown women. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I have serious doubts about its future success with such incompetent staff.

This restaurant is a joke. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 22 minutes now. I found mold on my bun and had to call Eco Lab. It's frustrating to wait a long time, but it's unacceptable when the person handling the buns for the next day didn't even notice the expiration date.
