The restaurant does not have a sauce selection area and does not accept Google Pay. When I went to the drive-thru, the woman working there told me to come inside because my order was not ready. When I asked why I needed to come in, she rudely told me to stay in the drive-thru and they would bring the order out when it was ready. I was shocked by her attitude and behavior, especially coming from a manager named Julie. I expect professionalism when I spend my hard-earned money at a restaurant. I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant when I ordered the new bacon ranch smokehouse burger with large curly fries. The order cost $12.00, but I had to wait for about twenty-five minutes at the drive-thru window. Even after waiting for so long, my food never came so they asked me to pull around and wait for another ten minutes. Finally, I decided to go inside and inquire about the delay, only to be told that they were not even making my order.

I ordered a small strawberry lemonade as part of my combo and paid about $14. However, my cup was filled mostly with ice and very little lemonade. It was extremely frustrating and felt like a rip off.
