Doesn 't Arby 's brag about we got the meat ?Well, I just got the new Phillycheese steak sandwich with garlic sauce and I can tell you honestly, there is NO meat!!!I called to speak with the manager, who first of all sounded like he had no clue what I was talking about when I said I had their new sandwich with garlic sauce on it. I had to say Phillycheese steak , before he knew what I meant.When I described that there was absolutely no meat in the sandwich, only white sauce with garlic, peppers and small flat, tiny squares that taste like mushrooms, the managers said THAT is the meat ! :-oSo, do NOT expect any roastbeef or real meat in the new Phillycheese Steak sandwiches. My husband and I stopped for lunch today. I was looking forward to a good sandwich. I should have gone to a jack in the box. It would have been better.Both Sandwhiches were cold. The curly fries were cold. So much for make it when you order it. I took 2 bites and had to toss it. My husband, who eats anything, ended up throwing his out as well. Notbaure what's up there, but we'll never be back. Ewww

We went here because we wanted something fast before my daughters gymnastics class all the food was cold right after I left drive thru didn't have time to turn around spent over $50 and couldn't eat it. Service was bad too. Very monotone when he speeking. Didn't even say thank you until I did.

The food is good, but never worth what you pay for it. The people are always friendly, but my order is often wrong causing me to wait quite a bit longer or go back inside to get it fixed.I don't really go here any more. Réservez une table maintenant

Always have poor customer service. Place is dirty, never a clean table. Placed an order to be picked up in advance, and they didn't even start on it when we got there. No manager in sight.

Ask one person to please wipe down a table we were at. He says ok. Turns hes back and ignored me. Had to ask another one to do the same job. She did. Staff still seems to have attitudes.

The fries were very cold and when I ask for new hot fries they just re-heated old cold fries. Arby's was once a great alternative, but not anymore.

Great experience at this Arby's in Lake Stevens. The manager Trevon (not sure if I got the spelling right) was fantastic!! Réservez une table maintenant

Date visited 3/29/2024Lukewarm food.Date visited 5/28/2023The BBQ ribeye sliders were cold. Everything else was lukewarm.
