We had to wait 40+ minutes for our food to come out after ordering on a Monday night during dinner. This would have been fine if our server let us know ahead of time, but we were told the kitchen was backed up only after we asked where our food was 30+ minutes into waiting. My pizza came out fine, but my partner’s burger didn’t come out for another 10 minutes, which was frustrating as we were already waiting a long time and wanted to eat together. All in all, the food was fine but the service was slow and unorganized
Another great experience at Arch City. Kennedy, our waitress, went above and beyond to give us a fantastic experience while we watched the football game. The Arch City burger and truffle fries are simply amazing. We also enjoyed an awesome pepperoni pizza. The owner was there last night, he often is, and he ensures each guest is enjoying the food. Always a win to spend a night here.
We came back for the first time in a LONG time. It was burger night and red white and boom. It was busy and loud great to see on a Monday. We did have to flag down our server for more water and the check because things were hopping. Food was fantastic! We will be back sooner than later this time.
Service was terrible. Waitress seemed a bit off. Food was just ok. Burger was good. Wings were good. Fries had no taste. Lobster Mac was very bland only had three tiny pieces of lobster and cheese was runny. Wouldn’t visit again.

The Arch City Burger along with truffle fries was outstanding, my family tried the Amish chicken, arugula pizza and caesar salad. We will certainly be back.
This place was very nice. Great for a first date. The only issue is that their ventilation wasn't the best. Other than that, I plan to return.
Literally the best meal I’ve had in a minute! Server was wonderful and checked in and the ambience was perfect! Highly recommend to everyone!
Arch City is one of my favorites in the Short North. Love the burgers, drink menu and vibe of the place. I always look forward to returning.
