Saturday night ate at the club. Although it was reasonably busy the food arrived within about minutes. We ordered leg of lamb with champ and veg it was delicious, a good size and only each. There is a good selection of food...on offer and they also have Saturday night specials. The drinks are also reasonably priced small bottles of wine at only each. There were no airs and graces from the staff or regulars at the club and we were made to feel very welcome with both the staff and other diners being chatty with us. Soo expensive to play we were mid week )the green fees have certainly risen in the past few years ! We were told to go online as it was a cheaper option so dropped to each !! No spare locker for guests...so we left a bag with the pro for safe keeping . We really enjoyed our golf a good variety of holes although the fairways were poor the greens were brilliant ! Next time we will try play in an open competition for a cheaper option , it was well played that day with Americans French but we had no hold ups nor slow play !
Lovely clean, well presented club house with free on-site parking and bar/restaurant open to non-members. A member saw us looking around and showed us part of the original clubhouse which dates back to Staff were welcoming and very helpful and the food was tasty,...fresh, nicely presented fare. Windows front and rear of the restaurant give lovely views of either the first tee and fairways with waves crashing onto rocks or the more sheltered harbour/marina.
We were visiting the area and the good thing about the golf club is that you do not have to be a member or even to have played to get a table here. We both fancied steak and we had lovely sirloins, mine blue and...my husbands medium both done just right! The service was attentive and there was a good atmosphere. The view from the little terrace over the lough was great too.

This restaurant is within the Golf clubhouse, the menu choice was veried with plenty of choices, we both had the Scampi absolutely beautiful, cooked to perfection. Overall very impressed with the service and staff, we will return when in the area.
We enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal here.....Mussels in wine and fish n' chips!! Could not fault any of it. the drinks were very cheap and the views from the dining room just lovely along the golf course and the coast. Highly recommended.
The views from Ardglass GC are breathtaking. This course is every bit as beautiful as Pebble Beach at a fraction of the cost. By all means make Ardglass part of your travel plans and stay right across the road at Margarets B&B.
Great wee course. Had a touch of the spins on a few of the holes, and a sudden fear of letting go of the club. Holes vary, some great views and challenges. Nice clubhouse, welcoming staff. Great fry.

great setting with great views for golfers and non-golfers. Reputedly said to be the oldest golf club in ireland. Cannons at the front of the course makes it a spectacular sight
can't speak for the golf but the food is good. Don't know if it is open to non members as I was with a member. Good views
