Arens Grill - Réserver une table

Went here for shisha. Was really looking forward to a nice night out with friends. When we arrived there was only another a couple in the shisha lounge who had already been served so it was just us that needed serving. We ordered a shisha which took nearly 20mins to arrive. The shisha wasn't even that great given the price we paid for it. The guy didn't even offer changing the coal throughout our time. We had to keep trying to grab his attention. When we arrived who also made a point that the shisha is one between two. Fair enough but it wasn't like the place was busy. The whole lounge was empty so surely one shisha is better than nothing! Service is appalling. Just wondering if it had been busy the shisha would have arrived an hour after ordering. Wouldn't give back unless they get good staff serving.

Our experience with this restaurant was excellent from reserving on the day until we finally walked out the door. Our server Steve was so helpful with our choices and extremely attentive, he even gave us some history behind one of our cocktails (grin). The portions were generous and well seasoned. The hostess was lovely and friendly as were all the staff that we met. The outside is deceiving compared to what is behind the door. We will definitely travel from South London to this little treasure.

Hi , the establishment is beautiful , we popped in for drinks but decided to have dinner as well . What a disappointment the chips were so deep fried and sickly , the chicken wings again deep fried and gristly We wouldn’t eat here again as very over priced for what you get the quality of food is poor . However I would have an evening out for drinks here .

Went to Arens for a Sunday roast and had good expectations. However, really disappointing. Surly, unfriendly staff and unkempt tables. Ordered 2 roast dinners which arrived 5 minutes later before we had even got our drinks! Very pricey for very mediocre food. Whole meal finished within 35 minutes so no sense of occasion. Certainly won’t ever go back.

Sunday lunch poor quality. Beef grisly. Potatoes obviously frozen and cooked hours before being served. Yorkshire pudding and gravy tasteless and cauliflower cheese strange concoction with other veg. Meal sent back but replacement just as bad.
