Throughout the meal, it was clear that the staff were not attentive. Even after being seated, I had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledged my presence. When my order was finally taken, it was rushed, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.

I visited specifically for their signature Lanzhou Noodle Soup, but we ended up ordering several dishes we wanted to try. We had the Beef Offal Noodles, Spicy Duck Slices, Spicy Numbing Pork Intestines Stir-Fry, Chinese Crepes, and Stir-Fried Beef Pancakes for two, and the server wisely advised us to stop ordering more. The waitress had a persistent cough, which made me concerned about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the dishes were subpar and not cooked properly. I don’t want to be harsh, but the food lacked flavor—it was honestly tasteless. My wife and I experienced stomach issues after our meal. Additionally, the waitress pressured us to leave a 20% tip before we departed, despite the fact that we didn't receive good service. I understand that this isn't a high-end restaurant, but that doesn’t justify the poor quality and service we encountered.

This place is outstanding and is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Massachusetts. The food is incredible and the staff there are so friendly. There is a really interesting menu that has everything you could want. The spicy hot pot with lamb is amazing and they have one of the best cucumber salads I’ve had
The noodles were surprisingly delicious! I ordered the Aries Stir Fried Pancakes, expecting them to be similar to the typical Moo Shu beef. However, my daughter and I both agreed that these were far superior. I'm looking forward to having them again and trying out more dishes from the menu.
I drove for 25 minutes to get the ramen (Lanzhou Lamian) at your restaurant, only to discover that you’re not accepting customers from 12 to 2 PM today. Please find a better way to inform people, beyond the note on your front door. Unfortunately, I had to leave and find food elsewhere.
Edit: I called an hour after receiving the text to inquire about my order and was told that all deliveries had been picked up and were en route. If they had mentioned that the driver never showed up during my call, I would have gladly gone to pick it up myself.

I enjoyed the smoked and grilled lamb chops, Aries Lanzhou beef noodle soup, quick-fried tripe, sliced lotus with mixed vegetables, and Aries steamed fish and pork and chive dumplings. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely return!
