Arkadasch - Réservation de table

Haben bei einer Familienfeier gestern bei Arkadasch bestellt. Die acht Speisen waren superschnell geliefert. Soweit alles in Ordnung bis zu dem Punkt, als einer von uns eine Fliege im essen hatte. Habe direkt wieder bei Arkadasch angerufen und die Situation geschildert. Es wurde mir auch umgehend eine neue Portion geliefert. Was in Ordnung ist. Bin aber trotzdem sehr verärgert, dass es nicht eine Entschuldigung gibt (Geld zurück oder eine Flasche Wein usw. Dies war unsere letzte Bestellung dort. Das sowas mal passieren kann, versteh ich, da ich weiß wieviele Fliegen zu der Jahreszeit unterwegs sind. Wie allerdings damit umgegangen wurde ist aus meiner Sicht nicht kunden orientiert.
