There were several service mishaps, including the omission of a glass of red wine (which they graciously offered on the house), a dropped pre-dessert, and they accidentally served shellfish to my wife, who has an allergy. As a result, I had to enjoy the fish course alone while they prepared a new dish for her. Given the high price point, especially without a star, these issues significantly detracted from the experience. Additionally, the canapés were rather bland and lacked flavor. I visited this restaurant in the afternoon with a friend, and it was a fabulous experience! The decor at Arkle is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely divine! The cakes were out of this world—fresh, light, and delicious. The attention to detail from both the kitchen and front-of-house team is unparalleled. I can't recommend it enough; it's a must-visit for a special occasion!

The tasting menu was excellent. I was impressed by how fresh and straightforward the dishes were, yet so full of flavor. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The only minor suggestion I have is that the staff could benefit from having a bit more knowledge about the cheeses on the trolley. The bread was also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

My husband and I went here for our afternoon tea two wks ago. It was a Christmas present from our son. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was lovely and fresh and the pot of tea very nice too, and of course my glass of champagne I thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were lovely and looked after us both. Réservez une table maintenant
