Very disappointed I was their loyal customers for many years..First was Igado dish (chicken gizzards/liver adobo) found a silver steel wool string inside several months ago, called them right away ,took a picture and called the person incharged in the kitchen left a message. Sad to say did not return my call. To cut it short I talked to someone finally and wanted me to come over to exchange it or get credit for it. Today I ordered Large size of beefsteak(Bistek) ,got home and prepare the food for my son when I found a “big dead ? fly/mosquitoe“on my purchased food. I rapidly went back and asked for a refund... The food at Arko Foods International is a solid 10/10 in my opinion. However, the wait time is frustratingly long, even when the place is empty. Many of the staff taking orders seem to move at a very slow pace. On one occasion, a staff member took a phone call before serving me, then walked away laughing, which didn’t seem like an emergency. The cashier also tends to take their time, multitasking even when it's not busy. To the owner of Arko Foods International, if you’re reading this, this is harmful to your business. The staff should either be retrained or replaced. Despite these issues, the menu is excellent and the food tastes amazing.
This store is not so ready with a very simple emergency issue. On March 17, 2021, my husband (after paying all the goods that he bought) asked if he could use the restroom because of a sudden “call of nature” was not allowed despite his repetitive requests. This could have caused a disastrous outcome because he has an underlying condition and the fact that he had to speed up to Target and almost met an accident. I know that your store is so keen on the CoVid19 protocols but this was a different situation. You have gone overboard!

I’m a bit late sharing photos because I’ve already devoured everything! This is hands down the best Dinuguan I’ve ever had. Sorry, Uncle Mac! It’s incredibly flavorful with a smooth texture, and the balance of saltiness and spice is flawless!
