Extremely poor customer service and completely inappropriate treatment. The on-site employee showed no interest in helping customers. Not only was she rude, but she was also visibly annoyed and disrespectful. Questions were brushed off with a condescending tone and problems or concerns were not even addressed. It seems as if neither the customer nor his concerns are valued here. Such behavior leaves a very negative impression and takes away any joy from shopping. Mercifully, 7 of us were allowed to sit at a lane if one of us wasn't playing, so we were forced to use 2 lanes, but not for 2 hours, just one hour. We go to bowling centers every now and then and the West is a lot of fun. The DJ evening on the weekend is really cool. I have to say our experience with the employees has been very positive so far.
