Aroma Espresso Bar

I ordered a Portabello Sandwich with hummus on a croissant, but they forgot to add the extra Halloumi cheese that I paid for. Despite expressing my concern, no compensation was offered. They took my number and said a manager would call me, but I have yet to hear from them. I paid $38 for a sandwich and salad, expecting better service. I am disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant. I have lived in the area for some time and this experience does not meet the standard I expect. I may just stick to Tim Hortons in the future, where at least they offer something for the extra money you pay. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

The staff of this location is always super friendly to me and has gone above and beyond with a special order for me. Food is always fresh and delicious and I always see people I know!
