I experienced extremely poor and rude service at this restaurant. Having managed a busy city center establishment in the past, I can say that the manager urgently needs customer service training, and the restaurant itself is in dire need of a thorough cleaning. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. We were practically called liars and had our ice slammed down on the table when we complained that our drinks were warm and flat after returning the first round of the same. This restaurant is truly disappointing. We ordered a Coke, but it came warm and flat. When we brought this up, they only offered us some ice instead of replacing it. When we pointed out that this wasn’t an adequate solution, the manager insisted the Coke wasn’t flat and was quite rude about it. Frustrated, we chose to leave, and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon. I highly recommend steering clear of this place!
Well I wanted to book a table tonight for my birthday. They told me that they could not book us a table, maybe its busy, so I asked wether it 's busy and they told me we are not busy but we can 't book a table for you so I asked why, what time do you close? And they said in about 2 hours so I asked why I couldn 't book a table then and then he said because you cant very disappointed
I received excellent service from the two young gentlemen. The food selection was impressive, and everything was well-cooked and beautifully presented. The Cobra beer on tap was refreshing after a long day of cycling. The prices were quite reasonable as well. I was particularly impressed when they asked if I wanted a break before my main course.

Excellent food and grateful for them taking a late booking however service could have been better and quicker, didn't really appreciate the waiters attitude when it came to paying the bill when said we would pay by cash and card and we were told this would mess his accounts up???
Possibly the worst tasting Indian I've had and expensive for the taste you get but the fella on the till was friendly and welcoming but that's all I can say is rather eat in the chippy up the road or the pheasant pub is fantastic for food but I wouldn't recommend aroma
Ordered takeaway and whilst the food was varied and tasty, there wasn't much meat in the dishes. Got a prawn dish and there were literally 5 prawns in it. Would have expected more especially as this isn't the cheapest of takeaways...
Great food , good attentive service.Lots of choice, and different to lots of Indian style establishments, mainly Bangladeshi style, but since that is most common style in UK, we cannot grumble.
