Aroma Mexican Restaurant

One of the worst Mexican we have visited, it started with drinks be offered to only two of our party and when they only asked for water the male waiter then walked away and did not ask the rest of the party they if required any. Next to follow was we ordered our meal and waited nearly one hour for it, when it arrived it was like mush and one burrito arrive freezing cold in the middle we complained and was told they would pop it in the microwave (now let me think out reheating chicken)he did say that they would take of the price of the meal from the bill. Looks like this place is ripping of tourists with quality and price.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this restaurant is. Genuine home cooked Mexican food with exquisite flavours masterfully prepared by Chef Jose, with excellent, friendly, fun, but professional staff. My husband and I visit here as much as we can. Our favourite restaurant by far here in our hometown. Highly recommended.

Tried to go here our first night in Canmore and we were turned away-- very odd as there were many empty tables. We heard how good the food was so we went another night and we're seated right away. The food is overpriced but good. The service was not so great. Our server was not helpful and slow. They are also very skimpy of chips here.

We liked the way this place looked so we took a chance. Oh my. Everything we had was excellent. I believe this to be the best Mexican meal I have ever had. I would describe the food as fresh and "clean" , very tasty. We had the enchiladas. The place filled up very quickly after we had arrived around 5pm.

The prices are up there but comparable to other local restaurants. Salsa, soup, guacamole all made in house and truly delicious. Great music and great service.
