If you want to enjoy real Asian food in Hossegor, go to Arroy-D! We often go there as we have a vacation house in the town and really enjoy spending the evening having Thai food in the Aroy-D. It is a family owned restaurant, very close to the beach... I would recommend the Thai specialities with coco milk and curry spice... Prawns are the best but you can have also chicken or beef or pork... A good place to take the kids and let them play outside on the square that faces the restaurant as you continue to enjoy your food with friends... A great restaurant, really. You will come back if you like Asian food!
Tastefully decorated, very clean and good service. Starters were all excellent fresh and delicious. Main causes were also good however my only criticism is that there was too much sweetness in the Thai curry for the English pallet. Maybe the French pallet is different but I somehow doubt it!
I had dinner there on my own after arriving in Hossegor and I was very disappointed. Not only by the unfriendliness of the waitress but also by the quality of my meal. For the price I paid, which I found very expensive, everything tasted the same and way too salty and very greasy.
The place is clean and well decorated. We love Thai soup so we had Thai soup and it was very good with a good taste. I ordered a mix of seafood grilled with rice and it was very good too. It’s a nice environment, good quality of food and enough in the plate. We had a good time.
