The best Thai restaurant in Adelaide is right in my backyard! The restaurant is always busy, with takeout orders frequently receiving a busy signal due to the high demand. I always thought this was just the local take away but was presently surprised when my wife and I decided to dine in. The decor is simple yet elegant, with a touch of the orient. The menu is extensive, on the day we samples the spring rolls, satay chicken, massaman beef and the pad-thai. The food was aromatic, well presented and delicious. It is a lovely family business and the owners are warm, friendly and helpful. My only concern was that the size of their tables was very modest and it might get a bit squishy for large groups. Overall it was a great experience and we left with full bellies and a smile on our face!
The first time I got takeaway from this restaurant I wasn't impressed (mostly because I was comparing it to my all time favourite Thai restaurant). However I went back a week ago and both my partner and I were pleasantly surprised. Our meals were amazingly delicious, a good size and a good price. The service was great and the restaurant was nice and quaint without being squashy. My partner and I were very pleased and will be going here again without a doubt!
Best Thai out of the CBD!. I LOVE Aroy Thai! I have been eating here for as long as I can remember! The food is always consistent, fresh and delicious! The staff are lovely, they even know its me by the sound of my voice when I call up to order take away! Now that is great customer service! I highly recommend this place for dine in or take away! We really enjoyed our experience at Aroy Thai. The entrees were tasty, the Pad Thai and green curry were fresh and flavoursome. The dessert menu was surprisingly good, given we have not usually expected this from Thai restaurants in the past. Combine this with great service and affordable prices, and we will definitely be back again.
Aroy Thai is the top restaurant in Blackwood. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. I love dining in, but the take-away option is just as tasty. My go-to dishes from the menu are spring rolls, beef with basil, chicken and cashew nuts, pandan chicken, and laksa. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We had a wonderful celebration of three birthdays at Aroy Thai Blackwood last week. The staff looked after our group promptly and we were made to feel very welcome. Our meal, a banquet was excellent and served promptly a great night. We all agreed we would be returning again soon. Well done Cynthia and staff.
