We were on Sunday testing the rice menu and didn't disappoint. the incomings were of an extreme quality (waterfalls of beach, chrome of bull's tail and strawberry Russian salad) and the Valencian paella was the best we have ever tried! the raw material and elaboration in this restaurant are spectacular, the fast, attentive and professional service. I give you a because I can't give you a recommendation without a doubt.
