"The rooms were lovely, and they allowed us to check in two hours early. The next morning, I overslept and went down to see if I still had time for breakfast. Unfortunately, a staff member was clearing everything away because breakfast was over. However, she kindly managed to gather whatever she could for us, all with a smile and attentive service. The staff was very nice overall, but this particular lady truly stood out. It's a shame I didn’t catch her name."

I had a wonderful experience with my family! The water park was fantastic and very kid-friendly, with great furnishings. The children had an amazing time, and the adults enjoyed themselves as well. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were cozy. The lounge on the second floor was impressive, featuring taxidermy animals and providing a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The lobby on the ground floor was also great. We found the prices for concessions and the arcade to be quite reasonable, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was quite good.
