A Diamond in the rough! I say this as the surrounding setting makes this an unsuspecting establishment. One of the most difficult menus for me to choose from as everything read to be amazing!! I was grateful to be with newly met friends from the area. They happened to know the owner.... which made no difference as I watched the owner being attentive to all of the tables that others were seated at) Also, I would be disappointed to here that they weren 't familisr here as it was kind of their backyard . A wonderful jewel so happy we discovered this place! That was our third time to eat here since February. The service is incredible and the waiter is so personal! They remembered the last time we even got our drinks order! Eating was incredible with a large rotating menu! Last night we disguised the spinach and mushroom, the bacon, and the figs and prosciutto for appetizer. My husband had the Delmonico Steak and I had the best lamb frame I ever tasted! The pages were also great! To dessert I have the key lime cake and it was mouthwater! Recommend this place for any special occasion with family and friends!
Artemio's Prime and Proper just gets better every time we go. The food is always fantastic. Romeo always has the best of the best when it comes to his food. His staff is phenomenal. They make you feel like one of the family. The attention to detail is unbelievable. If you are looking for a great evening with fantastic food and drink...definitely a place to try. You will absolutely go back...and back. It just keeps getting better and better. We brought some friends with us tonight and they loved it!
Wonderfully inventive food and menu changes regularly so that every visit a gustatory surprise. Beautiful dining room, extensive wine map and special cocktails. Sasha, a wonderful hostess guides you through the menu, writes ingredients and preparation, and makes recommendations (you will need their guide because everything sounds tempting and tasty). My daughter and I went to Artemio's in September before going to Greenwood Lake for a day on the water. A truly wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and kind spot on. The food was fantastic and well presented fantastic. Definitely one of my favorite places. I will make a point to visit them any time I am in the area. Highly recommend.
