ArteSano Natural Cafe Restaurante

We ordered a set lunch, which apparently were the last they had left. That meant we did not get the advertised avocado or slices of berenjena, which we were looking forward to, but an extra slice of bread. Soup was nothing special, lasagna was pretty...bad, I'm sorry to say. Filled with cubed pieces of carrot and fake spongy tofu meat, it really didn't work, which is a shame for a restaurant that charges a pretty high COP for an almuerzo. I suppose the fast food items they have (all vegetarian) might be better, but I'm not inclined to go back and find out. A pity.

As a vegan travelling Colombia this was a very lucky find. All is vegetarian without eggs and dairy can always easily be omitted. I tried a wrap which was good and returned the next day for a salad which was even much better.
