The patio is lovely, really nice spot. Server knowledge is minimal regarding the food, but she did recommend the turkey burger. The food arrived at different times instead of relatively all at once, and there were a few minor mistakes like being served fries instead of an ordered salad, wrong sauce that kind of thing. Not that big of a deal. Their kitchen staff or expeditors should pay more attention to the orders going out- unless it was the servers mistakes but she did mention having some trouble with the kitchen that day. My 4th visit but this time the service was very slow, the waiter and the manager both had terrible attitudes and they just didn't get the whole customer service 101!!I even called ahead to arrange a surprise desert which they said they would put a sparker on it and they didn't do it. Guess the message did not get passed on. There were quite a number of deficiencies in the service where we had to ask other staff to get our server and at one point spoke with a manager who also did not resolve our issues. Was becoming my Thursday evening spot but will move onto an establishment that appreciates and respects their customers.
At first i was afraid of what the prices would be and the menu proved it but after i ordered and food came? I could see and taste that it was a bit up scale. I had their house salad which was made from fruits and had their burger . I was very impressed by the flavours my lady had an appetizer which was a meal in itself. Got away with tip ( added onto bill but changable) all for 54 basically same price as boston pizza but oh so much better. My so had a steak ( thick) and a few beers as it was his bday. 37 dollars.

Visited with family. Beautiful environment and decoration. Took them long time to come and say Hi! Waited About 20 minutes for starter and more than that for main.Never mind the desert. We had to leave before seeing the desert. Funny enough they brought the bill right after we ordered the desert and after 20 minutes of waiting we just paid and left.The server was neither friendly nor responsive. Manager was walking around making a serious face!
Food, bland not much taste, asked for plain fries got parm fries, asked for salt and ketchup, received both at different times, too late food was cold. Menu small and overpriced for qualityService, miserable, staff all young and seemed busy with nothing.Won't return nor recommend this restaurant when there are so many others really close by who actually service their customers.
Service is a bit slow but very kind, friendly and accommodating. The food selection was small considering the size of the place but there is a huge beverage menu. The food itself was delicious and portion sizes are a good size. We had appetizers plus a small salad fir dinner
My second visit with family, good food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was great tasting and good value for this new upscale restaurant, bistro, bar. Very kid friendly. I will return soon with friends and family.

Living near Newmarket, I discovered this restaurant while shopping at Upper Canada Mall. It's conveniently located right outside one of the entrances facing Yonge Street.
