Unfortunately the staff do not appear to be happy in their jobs! While the initial greeting was fine as was the first waitress that took our drink orders, after that we all noted there were no smiles from staff serving the table. The staff severely lacked customer service skills. It was a challenge to request the bill at the end of our visit, as the staff were inattentive. And when the card machine was eventually brought to our table, then the assistant was boarding on being surly! Yet, two years ago we were delighted when visiting this restaurant. We shall not be returning!
The service at this restaurant was excellent, with both ladies being friendly and efficient. However, when we ordered our food, the starters arrived at our table immediately followed by the main course, making us feel a bit rushed. The food itself was average, with the pasta being quite dry and the flavors only okay. For the prices we paid, we expected better quality. Overall, this dining experience was disappointing and I don't think I will be returning.
Last week, my friend and I tried out A Mano's express lunch for the first time. The lunch menu offered a variety of tasty options at a great price of less than £10, which also included a drink. I ordered the pizza with chicken and mushrooms, while my friend had the pasta puttanesca. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff. This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. Thank you!
Another family birthday and about time we wandered back down the High Street to A Mano. We have been going here since the place opened as the food does not disappoint. Pizza and pasta all made of high quality ingredients and served impeccably and with a smile. Was a shame there is no longer a specials board but we had a lovely evening. Thank you

Old fashion place, that actually you can feel at home. Me and my wife sat in a very comfortable coach to enjoy our meal. The staff very friendly, and the food marvellous, I could taste the food from my Nonna (grandma)
lovely friendly service by Renate .. as i forgot my glasses she was very helpful to guide me thru the menu She ordered a spicy pizza and i was not disappointed tbh one of the nicest pizza i had in a long time
I always choose A-Mano when craving the top artisanal pizzas in Orpington. The atmosphere and service are wonderful, and they also prioritize sourcing local ingredients.
Lovely food and great service, we went for an impromptu dinner and found the staff to he really welcoming and the food was fantastic, price was really good also
