excellent elaboration and product of first quality. we choose the single tasting menu and combine it with wine pairing 5 tracks all very well balanced. I have to say that the price of the pairing option seems to me a little expensive (30€ per person for 5 glasses of wine,) but when you go to a place like that, you know what you are facing. advisable to try at least once.
