Es un lugar a propósito. es al comienzo de una carretera que sale de la N-121B, a la derecha si va hacia dancharinea, a la izquierda si la dirección es a pamplona. tienen menús apetecibles, pero si usted pide la entrada (nuestro era exquisito: ardilla a la sidra, pimientos de lodos, espárragos ambas salsas) y, sobre todo, el colchón de vaca de baztán no está satisfecho. Rara vez he probado una carne tan sabrosa, tierna y jugosa. buen vino y postres caseros. recomendado 100%.
Was recommended to this restaurant by a local hotelier and it didn't disappoint. Located in the beautiful Valle de Baztan the restaurant offers a very good selection of dishes to included a good Menu del Dia or Menu of the Day. Although we didn't have any, the steaks coming off of the open fire grill looked amazing. The service was very good and the staff were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the Baztan valley is not to be missed.
Our Guesthouse host(Casa Etxebeltzea) in Erratzu arranged our meal here as some of us had dietary restrictions (gluten free and lactose free). They were amazingly accommodating, providing info on allergens and adjusting dishes to meet our needs. Delicious wholesome Basque food. Excellent value. So surprised to find this in such a remote area.
We made a Sunday route through the Baztan valley and ate in the roaster by chance. It was a pleasant surprise, the food is very homemade, with great drop and quality and everything at very good price. highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant

Ate here 3 times when staying at Hotel Senorio de Ursea nearby. Good straightforward Spanish food and wine. Excellent value and good service. No need to book.
