asador puentaparrilla concentrates on cuts of bark meat, pork and jam. the portion sizes are usually suitable for two persons. as someone alone dining room, the waiter recommended to order solomillo - a simply grilled filet mignon. I noticed in other restaurants that a juicy steak is not something that wants to serve chefs. Instead, the bark (in particular) is aged for a long time and cooks without the piece au jus that tells them that the meat will not be dry. I ordered the steak to be prepared in medium size. it was served medium: only the faintest pink coloring at some place and brown elsewhere when I saw a white asparagus starter dish, I was satisfied. We enjoyed our lunch of cochinillo at this restaurant. The skin of the pork was super crispy, salad lettuce fresh and wine was excellent and well priced. Definitely recommend. Restaurant was very busy and lively. Too bad we were only two people...could not try other varieties.

We've had a lot of drip in this restaurant. the exquisite and very well presented dishes. the very cozy site and the slender antony stew, we were amazed and advised dishes that were richy. We will return in our next visit to safe caudiz.
