Asaro's Of Venice Pizzeria

Really good New York style Italian food right in Venice Florida. The restaurant is separated into an Italian restaurant and a pizza place. They have various gourmet pizzas and even have Sicilian. They have a type of Sicilian called grandma's which is a thin crust Sicilian with emphasis on the sauce and some parmesan cheese. Tonight I had chicken parmesan, which was pounded thin and breaded perfectly. The only thing that detracted from the meal was the fact that the ziti was overcooked; a common problem that most Italian restaurants.

This restaurant has fantastic pizza available either by the slice or whole pie in their cozy pizzeria area. If you're looking for more than just pizza, they also have a restaurant area and a full bar. It's a great spot for a date night. The service for takeout was top-notch. It's a dinner spot with an average price of $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying their Sicilian Pizza.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! Went for the 1st time today and tried a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and garlic rolls. Holy delicious. Glad I gave it a shot. Crispy thin and oven fired pizza! Amazing people too! I think it might have been the owner, but he cared a lot and talked to me. Made me feel very welcome. This will be our new go to pizza spot moving forward!! Food: 5

Only have done takeout. The food is generally decent. The pizza is ok- not a NY type of pie. They use too.much sauce on their pizza especially thr Sicilian. Their sauce is good, but even too much of a good thing... their veal tends to be tough and I've stopped ordering it. Very good eggplant parm Service: Take out Food: 4 Réservez une table maintenant

The pizza was decent, but it could have been improved with more sauce and a slightly crispier top. I prefer my pizza to be a bit more well-done. The server was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

This is one of the best pizza places I have tried. Their pizza is comparable to New York pizza. I recommend trying the "grandmother" or the Sicilian pizzas, and don't miss out on their cannolis - they are incredible. You will not be disappointed!
