I was in Ontario visiting the new office of a famous Immigration attorney, Jaspreet Singh, regarding one of my insurance client's immigration status. Our meeting went well. We were hungry, so we stopped at Ashirwad Indian restaurant. They used to serve primarily South Indian cuisine, but to our surprise, the restaurant is under new management where they have also introduced the North Indian cuisine. Makki Di Roti and Sarron da Saag are not to be missed. For an appetizer, We had a Vegetarian platter, and Khasta Kachori Desi Chai with Gurh was delicious.
I had been here a few years back while visiting the Ontario area. And just made it back during another visit...What an improvement! The space looks much nicer and the food was delicious. They have a nice selection of Indian dishes and the staff was very friendly. We will absolutely go back to eat here the next we visit family in Ontario. If you're looking for a clean, Indian, vegetarian place to eat, give Ashirwad a try.
It was really calm and quiet when I visited. The dosa was perfect and filled with potato masala. Ordered the Mysore dosa and it was flavourful and spicy! The prices were very reasonable. The vada pav was alright, not very flavorful. They also added new Punjabi menu! The service was very quick. Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian South Indian and North Indian options!
I want to gatekeep this place so bad but they’re that good. Friendly staff and tasty vegetarian dishes. The basmati rice is perfect with the cloves cooked in it. I’ve eaten here countless times for 3 years and their quality remains consistent. Favorite Indian spot in the neighborhood.

This Restaurant Under new Ownership Locally Family Owned Mr Singh Awesome Person Lively atmosphere with nice Indian music playing on a decent sound system. Nice staff and good service. Food was good and freshly prepared. Highly Recommend
the decor is a bit boring, but eating is anything but! everything was amazing, most of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan. we ordered a few things to share, everything was amazing, the best Indian food I had in years!
We enjoy ordering delivery from Ashirwad. Every dish we have tried has been delicious, and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. Their dosas are fantastic, and my son particularly enjoys the vada pav.
My first time here the food was amazing. As a Mexican that loves spicy food, the level of heat was perfect. The atmosphere was calm relaxing.
