Ashmore on Bridge Street

Ashmore on Bridge Street was absolutely wonderful. The staff were the friendliest and most accomodating. I have had gastic sleeve surgery and I always asked but usually get turned down if I want a half serve of something, but the chef here was more than happy to accomodate my needs and I thouroughly enjoyed the Risotto with spring vegetables and parmesan. My Husband had the soup of the day which e is somewhere to spend some time.was Tomato, Basil and Bacon and it came out steaming hot with beautiful local grilled sourdough bread and went down a treat. And please don't pass on the cakes. All made in house and so worth it! If in Richmond this cozy, charming place.

After a day of driving we were relieved to find this place did all day dining. I had a mushroom bruschetta which was fresh with an exquisite mixture of tastes and textures. My husband had a homemade pie with a lovely salad. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of vegetarian choices too.

delicious, we tried the salmon salad with pumpkin, the pumpkin soup, the chicken foot and the butterscotch cake, everything was really delicious, we finished with two cappuccinos. we highly recommend the caramel and butter cake

Excellent prompt, friendly service, excellent coffee, excellent eggs benedict. Just perfect for breakfast, brunch, morning tea and lunch. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Very friendly staff, and superb Devonshire Tea. Sweet and Savoury scone options. Both delicious. Definitely returning soon .
