This place is wonderful for 2 reasons: 1) People are friendly and treat you well. 2) The food has been excellent! I left yesterday and ordered Samosa cheese for an appetizer. Unfortunately, they were just one to make before running (the menu says it should be two per order). So they gave me the last cheese Samosa for free and automatically placed an order of veggie samosa as a substitute. Both were absolutely delicious! The owner always had great manners and very friendly in my experience! I think he loves talking to people and enjoys sharing his culture with his food. Even though I regretted about choosing this restaurant initially due to the poor ambience and unclean toilets, I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. We had ordered all kinds of dishes ranging from naans to kebabs to biriyanis. The chicken and lamb entrees were heavenly. Naans were soft and fluffy. Garlic naans were phenomenal. I dint like the biriyanis though. We were a group of 12 and most of them liked the biriyanis as well. I would have given 5*s if the restaurant had clean washrooms. In any case food is what we went there for and it wad awesum. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try awesum north Indian food.
I'm from California, I'm going to business. I love Indian food and always try new Indian restaurants in which city I work in the end. I usually don't write reviews unless the place is completely amazing... This place is the crazy rock! The food is amazing! The garlic nan will blow out your socks! Go to this place! You'll be happy you did it!
HOMEMADE MEALS!!! I've been Indian my whole life. Although I've traveled to India from New York, nothing compares to this. Over the past 30 years, I've come here with my family, and the consistency in their cooking has never changed. The next dish I need to learn to make at home is from here; it's even better than what my mother makes!

Really happy I went here, Ashoka Tano was here training with Anakin and got to watch while I ate. But the reason I gave this only 4 stars was because Padme came in very mad at Anakin since he had been away from home because of the Clone Wras which is currently happening. But overall I think Ashoka followed orders and it was great!
Just amazing! Wow! Delicious food. My first time today, I went in and looked at the menu while Mr. Ashoka helped me decide what to choose. He gave me a sample, and I instantly loved it. I got the Chicken Curry. One of the best dishes I have ever had! Thank you Mr Ashoka! M
We absolutely adore Ashoka Restaurant! The food consistently tastes fresh and incredible. We've never encountered a dish we didn't enjoy. Although we've tried other Indian restaurants, we always find ourselves returning to Ashoka. Highly recommended!
The Indian food here is incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly.
