I used this restaurant occasionally. I always felt like I was receiving good service thanks to the kindness of the owner. I ordered food to take out today and took it out. However, unlike usual, rice and side dishes were missing, and the food was not as delicious as before. Rice and side dishes were missing, so I called the restaurant to inform them. A woman who spoke Korean, not the owner, answered the phone. I said it was strange because there was no rice or side dishes. But she continued to say that there was rice and side dishes. I haven't visited this restaurant in a few years. The food is still delicious and the establishment is well-kept, however, the service is extremely slow. It took 40 minutes for just two dishes to be served. It appears that they are overwhelmed with GrubHub orders, causing in-house patrons to receive poor service. It's not as good as before pandemic. I think they changed to a new owner or management. We dined in and ordered a seafood pancake that was so disappointed. Soggy, not crispy at all, thick batter with just little tiny pieces of squid and scallions in it. Be honest, it's a food court quality and service, but they charge overpriced in general. The panchan were very good. Korean chicken wings seemed like the ready-to-fry breaded wings, just covered in a signature sauce. Not the authentic korean fried chicken you're expecting. Rice cakes were ok

Food was good. Philadelphia roll was great but seems over priced. Bulgogi was a little bland compared to Bulgogi dishes I have had elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant

Literally everything we've had from the Pho to the Bibimbap to the Chicken Katsu has been phenomenal.
