ASK Italian Watford

On arrival had to wait for staff to become available, only two waitresses doing everything on Christmas Eve . When eventually acknowledged our booking was not recognised, even though email was shown to staff. Tables put together and cleared. Waited 20minutes to be served. Food was excellent and staff tried their best. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The employees are hardworking and constantly under pressure because of understaffing. It seems like management is only concerned with profit. Greed is definitely a driving force at this establishment.

My booking didn't go through open table even though i booked few days in advance. Apart from that everything else from food to service was excellent!
