small restaurant, fusion cuisine, I don't know, between Peruvian, Japanese and perhaps Argentine, it's almost better to pass the labels and try. fried ceviche, worthwhile though it led me to disappointment because I expected another more intense flavor, associated with ceviche memory, is not for this reason less good, it is like a bienmesabe on the outside, but more subtle, more elegant flavor. I thought it was a good arrival to go a little less. Then we taste the char siu, it is a panceta stew, that is, soft, do not expect a crunchy panceta, silver, I loved, not only the touches of oriental spices, but the texture of the meat that was not difficult and the daddy choi that accompanied it in the very good background and at its point of joto of cooking. the service well in general, the very professional head of room, serious. summing up, a more than pleasant experience, very interesting kitchen and that oted will have to continue trying, we will repeat. some sticks. because I would say that improving the ventilation of the premises, you go out smelling a little food, because I guess the grills, but very little, is not exaggerated, it is just a small constructive critique, to say something, that not everything will be praises, if not, it would not be real.
