Astoria Bar And Restaurant

I made a reservation here for New Year’s Eve and received confirmations from OpenTable. When I arrived at Astoria, they had my booking, but I was informed that there was a £10 per person entry fee. At the bar, when I asked for a menu, I was questioned about whether I had pre-ordered food. I explained that I hadn't been informed about that requirement. Not once in any of the confirmations did it mention needing to pre-order. It would have been helpful to receive a phone call to discuss my food choices. The place is disorganized and seems to be run by inexperienced staff. As a result, I didn’t end up eating, so I can’t even provide a rating.

It would have been helpful if they had called me to discuss my options. Overall, the management seems unprofessional, and the experience left much to be desired.

We had a wonderful dining experience with our two children. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. Our reservation was for 5:30 PM, which turned out to be the ideal time for a quieter meal. The staff were extremely friendly, and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The Sunday roast was incredible, offering excellent value for money and a generous portion size on one plate. I highly recommend Astoria; every time I've visited, the service from the friendly staff has been exceptional, and the food has always been delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

we had the best night for my daughter birthday in astoria the service was excellent so friendly staff. eating was amazing and the music was perfect from late afternoon to evening
