You ought to be embarrassed charging $8.00 for what amounts to 2 tablespoons of tuna fish on an everything bagel. I’m a local regular on weekends and assumed your lunches would be as good as your breakfast, but your clearly more interested in your margins then a quality sandwich.——————-Very appreciative for your response. I think it's outrageous to charge $8.00 for such a small amount of tuna on an everything bagel. I visit this restaurant often on weekends, and I expected the lunches to be as good as the breakfasts. However, it seems like they care more about making money than serving a quality sandwich. Thank you for responding. I was pleasantly surprised by the explanation that it was a training issue. Walking into this bagel shop never fails to be a bright spot in my day. The food is delicious, but the real standout is the welcoming and friendly staff. The proprietor treats me like an old friend, and his team members are equally impressive. I can see great things in store for each of them in their future endeavors. I give five stars for the food and service, and countless more for their fantastic personalities.
I have visited this place and my order and service always liked, but today I surpassed my expectations. I was with a group of friends and the lady who took my order, told us that we were such a pretty group of friends that made us smile. I 've frequented this place and have always liked my order and the service, but today exceeded my expectations. I was with a group of friends and the lady who took my order told us we were such a pretty friend group made all of us smile. When exiting the shop I dropped half my bagel and that same lady remade my sandwich for me at no cost. It really added to an already great day.
I wanted to let you know that this is the second time I have ordered bagels with cream cheese and both times I received leftovers from the butter knife that were not properly cleaned. It was kind of gross.
