Staff not following cross contamination protocols, staff being on their phones not washing their hands before making the food ,food been made wrong and messy twice . I am not happy . I ended up throwing away my order because i couldn’t eat it due to it being in contact with the item that i said i can’t have and because it was all messy and not in a box . My wife myself just had a lunchbox, 2nd one in 2 months. To say it's gone downhill is an understatement. The chips look taste like the days befores are lukewarm. The fish was like it had been drooped back in fryer into dirty oil. The curry sauce was lukewarm, on a good note the sausage was ok.
