I woke up this morning and decided to try a new coffee shop. I decided on this place as it wasn't too far from my home. So glad I chose this place! It's fairly new and fair warning, it's not that easy to find. It's right next to Ent Credit Union and UC Health. Ent is right next door to Atlas Coffee. The building (Atlas) is nice and modern. Very big on the interior. They also feature a nine flat screen televisions at the center wall of the main seating area. Directly in front of the flat screen televisions is a nice seat ring area with couches and tables. It was nice to see someone sitting there and reading a book. There are also plenty of chairs, couches, and high top counters with chairs as...

Wanted to take my wife to Atlas Coffee, as I had such a great visit the first time, so I hit the GPS and up popped this location, closer to our house. It wasn 't the same spot, but we decided to give a go. Upon arrival, it was quite different than their Centennial location, with huge windows and a very modern feel. But as I approached the bar to order, the familiar smell of their coffee and much of the signage let me know we were in the right place. We ordered a couple lattes w almond milk and a bacon burrito to split. The barista was great, with a big smile, especially when we told her we had been to another location. She said 'different decor and feel, but the same great coffee and eats at...

We should have known better walking into the building. Very pretentious snobby vibe, we waited probably 10 minutes to place our order (again another red flag) then we waited at least 15 minutes for our 1 cup of coffee. We talked to another couple who had been waiting 20 minutes for their coffee. They were NOT that busy, but the brunette making the coffee was impossibly SLOW! Once the blonde from the back came out to help things went much faster. We got a caramel mocha and it literally tasted like slightly warmed milk. I'm not sure there was any mocha, caramel, or coffee in it. Terrible place would not recommend to anyone. OH and the prices were outrageous!

I am so grateful to have this little coffee shop just around the corner. Their drinks are excellent—not too sweet and crafted with care. I often try to switch it up when I order, but I always find myself coming back to her Mandel Danish latte or her Icy Lucky Charms, which is a delightful twist on matcha tea. Occasionally, I also order a fresh French press, as it’s wonderful to savor while enjoying the view right outside the door. The staff is incredibly friendly, but just a heads up: because they take their time to create the perfect drink, it can be a bit slow. However, I’d choose a slow, delicious drink any day over a quick, mediocre one. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered some breakfast burritos and a hot chai. My partner loves the chai, but the burritos were terrible. I’ve had frozen burritos from the grocery store that are better and much, much cheaper. They were mostly all tortilla and tasted like they were made from frozen. Plus it was $25 for 3 awful burritos and a chai. We only came here because Santiagos is closed on Sunday (MUCH better tasting at a much more reasonable price point). It also has a snobby kind of vibe, not welcoming.

I absolutely love Atlas at Sterling Ranch! The staff is friendly, and the coffee selection is excellent and expertly crafted. I'm also a big fan of the new burritos and scones. Kudos to the owners and employees at Atlas!

Amazing little coffee place. Great views and lots of space for seating. Has loads of options to choose from and they have decaf coffee as well!

Not a cozy coffee shop with the oversized modern space. I personally like strong coffee and this is light and sweet. Réservez une table maintenant

My chai was excellent, and I didn't catch her name, but the girl in the naval shirt was really friendly.
