Honestly, this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had—I didn’t even mind the price. I ordered the truffle tenderloin with a white and brown sauce that I’m desperate to recreate. The server mentioned the main ingredient was crème fraîche—I’m not quite sure what that is, but I definitely need to find it. The chef’s expertise really shined through in every bite. I emailed the restaurant immediately after dining here on September 25 but didn’t receive a response, so I’m posting my feedback as a review. My partner and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Atlas Steak Fish and were both drawn to the risotto. To be clear, I’ve spent 45-55 minutes making authentic risotto at home, which turned out far better than the soggy rice served with my halibut (overcooked) and lobster (also overcooked) that evening.
