Atmosphere Rooftop Bar

we had a table for 6 people in the rooftop bar reserved for a birthday party! when we arrived there (the whole group together) and asked for our table, we were briefly informed that there is no reservation on our names! so good, can happen! but then the real service quality of this bar is shown, which belongs to a 5 star hotel! we were just let down! when we allowed to ask for another 5 minutes, we were told that there is no reservation and if we complain we don't get a table! we have, of course, protested what was acknowledged with the statement: "If you see a table, I don't see" (O-Ton marcella!) you really imagine a 5 star hotel service! the customer is always in the wrong, the unqualifie...

Für mich die beste Rooftop Location in Wien! Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist perfekt, das Essen ,die super Drinks und das Konzept ändern sich jährlich, was immer für frischen Wind sorgt. Service ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und wenn das Wetter passt, hat man ein rundum sorglos Paket und ein Stückchen Urlaub in Wien! Wir freuen uns auf den Sommer! Und zum Abschluss etwas an alle die hier bereits geschrieben haben, oder das noch tun wollen: beschwert euch in einem 5 Sterne Hotel in dieser Lage nicht über den Preis! Ja, die Atmosphere ist etwas teurer, aber war qualitativ bisher jeden Cent wert.

Tuesday evening, still lust after eating for one or more drinks...beautiful evening...being at the entrance no entry, being too full. pity that you are not welcome friendly and perhaps offered to take a drink, to be able to wait....and down at the reception they know of nothing...na yes...is giving some other rooftops... go on.

quite nice rooftopbar when you first found it. location is great, the sunset in the hectic big city trout has something soothing! to receive I would like to say that this was only friendly when we ordered a bottle of Perrier-Jouët rosé at the nice waitress. but a beautiful place - happy to resist! table reservation at the bar went lost...Personal is not lazy to respond properly to lost reservation and acts very unprofessional...Bar full of tourist and a typical tourist trap...Not recommended

Hervorragende Cocktails, freundliche Bedienung, Top Aussicht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen sicher bald wieder! Man kann toll entspannen mitten in Wien ohne Verkehrslärm!

cool roof top terrace with fantastic views and harmonious atmosphere, invite to enjoy a very friendly and competent staff. easy to chill. we're coming back with security.
