have confused the data of two different restaurants. the one that appeared as a courthouse (now an old courtyard in the Plaza de España) with the restaurant integrated in the hotel relais chateaux (place of st mate) is currently called an old court since the owners jose and toño were established in the hotel atrio. this place, highly recommended, combines a fantastic cuisine (rice with delicious, cooked, potatoes to the importance .. with the exquisite attention of jesús and miguel. do not lose it.

an innovative kitchen, with a great service, even the same cook was worried about going out and explaining the dishes, even though there were several busy tables. We went in mid-June, and despite having people, a quiet atmosphere was breathing the price is a bit high, but attached to what the restaurant offers. We ask for a tasting menu in which it highlighted mainly the Iberian pork carrillera.

the unbeatable place in a terracotta in front of the sigüenza cathedral. with respect to the food we choose the tostas (of gulas with shrimp, ham and three cheeses with onion) , perfect in proportion and drop. also very rich homemade ham croquettes. delicious desserts (the ones of the image.) the best of all attention; the waitress could not be more educated, friendly and professional.

The atrium hotel restaurant features a seasonal pool, free Wi-Fi and a restaurant. drinks and snacks are served at the cafeteria bar. the menu of spectacular wines, very extensive and has the ability to assist guests. they produce excellent presentations of meats and fish and highlight the desserts offered both in preparation and in their presentation on the dish.
