Very slow service , both Phillip and his manager the bald one that doesn?t wear a name tag , super slow . Just taking orders and working slower than a pair of sloths . Not cool , you need some experienced deli workers that know how to pick up the pace and get clients in and out in a good amount of time. I don?t believe 20 minute wait is right especially when it?s you and another customer. Simple orders at that ! Besides that it was absolutely delicious that?s why you get 2 instead of one. Customer service is key in any business. !
The sandwich I ordered was subpar and not worth the steep price; it looked like it was hastily assembled. While the restaurant is open 24 hours, don't expect consistent good service throughout the night—it truly depends on who's on the clock. I noticed that supplies were lacking, even with staff seemingly just standing around. To top it all off, the cashier—who appeared to be a lady supervisor or manager—had a poor attitude and showed no commitment to customer service.

She ignored my question and simply asked, "Are you ready to pay?" This place used to be fantastic, but the new staff is making me not want to return.

I ordered takeout for a school event with a 6 AM pickup from this restaurant. My communication with Mark was excellent—he was warm, helpful, kind, and very capable. My order was brought directly to my car, which was a huge convenience since I didn't have to find a parking spot. I truly appreciated that! I will definitely be ordering from here again.
They use to be good. They don?t have enough staff to serve the customers, the line at the register is always long. When you go early in the morning for hot coffee, you end up getting cold stale coffee. The pastries are not fresh, some sandwiches have mold in them. Very unsanitary. They?re overpriced . ????
Awful, absolutely awful. My order has been messed up since my husband was admitted two weeks ago. On top of that, I had to wait while the staff chatted instead of taking my order. I've decided to just go to the cafeteria now. Meal type: Breakfast, Price per person: $20–30.
Ordered a small chicken soup, and she charged me for a medium broccoli cheddar. Food was mediocre, only ate there because it was 12 midnight and wife was giving birth in hospital. Better off having food delivered to the front lobby of hospital

The prices are quite high, and the management leaves much to be desired. Some utensils were hidden and felt rather cheap. However, the staff were absolutely fantastic!
