Although the service is friendly this place is best avoided. We seldom had such really poor and overpriced food. We took a 22, menu, with main course and desert. First choice:entrecote. ‘Sorry we do not have that, it will be pave de boeuf’. Wait, what? You just opened and are already out of entrecôte? Then either go to a butcher or change your menu (easily with some chalk, nothing printed here). Okay, we’ll have the pave. Which was far too red to be called medium, but that might be a matter of taste. It wasn’t the first piece of meat we have eaten so we have some comparison. This was simply not good. But the worst had yet to come: by far the worst fries we have ever had: bleak yellow, soft,...
We were driving through Lalinde and decided to find a restaurant as we would have arrived back to my daughters house too late for the local restaurants. We found Au Bin Temps and was not dissappointed. One of my daughters is vegetarian and she enjoyed the vegetarian burger. Myself and my son in law had the entrecôte steak, which was excellent. My wife enjoyed her salad and my other daughter her burger. The best was the desert, the chocolate fondant. We were warned that this would take c 15 mins as it’s cooked and not microwaved. It was worth the wait, not too dry on the outside with a lovely soft middle. The the street location it is quite expensive but we really enjoyed our meal.
Ce petit restaurant familial vous accueillera avec une hospitalité sincère et une cuisine merveilleuse. La maman cuisine et le fils sert. Tout ce que nous avons mangé ici (nous sommes revenus plus d'une fois!) était magnifiquement présenté et délicieux. Je recommande le foie gras que la chef prépare elle-même. Vraiment, c'était le meilleur que nous ayons jamais goûté... et nous étions en mission pour trouver le meilleur de la région!
Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour prendre un café ici dans le passé et avons décidé que le menu du plat du jour avait l'air d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous n'avons pas été déçus lorsque nous sommes venus déjeuner le vendredi 14 février, excellent service, nourriture parfaite, joli décor. Nous habitons à proximité, nous reviendrons certainement. On a hot day and after a good walk we returned to the centre of town and found a selection of restaurants. We found this place and stayed as there was a nice table in the shade. The owner was from the South of France and was charming. I enjoyed a gesier salad and my partner a goats cheese salad. Both were delicious and very reasonably priced.
Nous étions là un dimanche soir (très apprécié qu'ils soient ouverts ! bon choix de plats, belle ambiance, personnel très amical (famille gérée : la mère cuisine, les frères servent, le père gère. Apparemment ouvert depuis seulement 2 mois, plats bien présentés et pensés. Les desserts sont un plus.
Je connais ce propriétaire depuis son ancien restaurant à st avit Seigneur. J'avais espéré que cela s'était amélioré depuis, mais malheureusement non ! pour ce que nous avons, nous avons tous les deux pensé que les prix étaient trop élevés. il fallait essayer, mais une fois suffisait !
We ate here for lunch after visiting the Vide Grenier on a Sunday , it was a bit pricey €25 for the set menu but everywhere else was full . The waiter was a bit surly to start with but improved throughout the meal The food was scrummy I would definitely recommend it Réservez une table maintenant
