Normally accustomed to the office , we accumulate unpleasant surprises. .. The first time during an evening where a match was scheduled, where we were poorly received upon entry because we were not reserved. We were put in a corner and waited for a while. We wanted a side dish with our drinks, which we still expect to this day. We repeated the experience a second time. Come at 7 p.m., we waited for our order to be taken, and of course happy hours were over, after 30 minutes we decided to go elsewhere where we took the trouble to take our order. Each time we said to ourselves, it 's a bad day for them, no big deal. But despite everything, today we renewed the experience. For a drink, we waited 20 minutes. During which three waiters repeatedly passed in front of us. But it seems like we have an invisibility cloak, despite our position in front of the bar. One of the servers was even leaning on the bar looking around, despite the presence of superiors, we waited in vain. Not having the faith this time to wait even more than 30 minutes. We leave once again without consuming. As you never say two without three, it 's done. We would now prefer to travel 15 minutes longer to go to 3 brewers from now on, where despite the road, we are taken into consideration more quickly. After all, we are just customers. I am a regular at the restaurants at the Office having frequented a number of them (Villefranche sur Saône, Lyon Gerland, Lyon Vaise, Strasbourg, Besançon, Saint Paul (Reunion ,... . If my favorite office remains Villefranche-sur-Saône, that of Saint-Egrève is currently the best I have known in qualitative and quantitative terms. Palme d’Or for the Welsh Royal... Incredible! Another extra point is the ability of this establishment to know how to manage 'shots '. We arrived in the middle of a rush and the owner invited us to wait 10 minutes at the bar while a table became available, while saying that there was no waiting to take orders or in the kitchen. I was very doubtful... And very pleasantly surprised in the end because he spoke the truth and with a smile from start to finish please! The only downside is the slightly noisy sound environment but the rest is so good that in the end we remain with a very positive impression! Restaurant avec un décor agréable, une grande carte qui saura satisfaire tout le monde, large choix de bières. Service un peu confus, peu étant dû au grand nombre de clients présents. Prix un peu élevé

Très bonne réception, burger haut et prix compétitif vs BK ou autre MCD Seulement plat le café à 2 € est la fausse note parce que de le boire pour le prendre est abusé.
