the restaurant is amazing. I'm totally impressed. the environment was so elegant and with sea view eating was so good, from beginning to dessert. they can see that the cook has so much effort on the combination of different small things, from fruit, vegetables to flowers. and the service is better than many good restaurants in paris. at the end the cook came to talk to me and they are so nice. that's an experience I'll remember. eating seems a little modern, I don't know if they're Swiss. the 49 euro menu is only for lunch and it is 89 euro to 109 euro for dinner in the evening. highly recommended if the price is acceptable

great hotel, they have a beautiful view of the lake of each room. the staff is very friendly and eating is simply delicious! you can rent e-bike only in the hotel and inform you about the hiking trails. it also has a nice spa. since the hotel has only a few rooms, it is never full. we recommend this place in any case!
We had an exceptional time in your establishment, both for the flavors and the refinement of the dishes and for the careful and friendly welcome from the staff. I will compare this moment to reading a good book; eager to discover what happens next but want to slow down the reading to savor every second.
