After having enjoyed the sun at Baie des Trepasses, we decided to treat ourselves to a very nice dinner. So we did. The best was my starter, 2 types of ravioli filled with fresh foie gras, one steamed, the other one deep fried, with pieces of artichoke hearts, an aubergine creme and a super jus au serrano. My wife enjoyed salmon prepared 2 ways. Mains was a John Dory fillet with a crust of ground almonds and cocoa on a bed of thinly sliced turnips, with a potato cake and a lovely creamy sauce. Excellent, inventive cooking. The interior of the dining area could do with some nicer lighting and decoration though. But....all in all an excellent meal.
